Job Description: (Hair Testing only)

Northeast Regional Shift

• Drivers are averaging 7 loads per week.  
• They also receive an extra $15 per load for Economic Recovery Pay.  
• They also receive safety bonuses on top of this.  Home Friday/Saturday every week 
• $330 x 5 = $1650 plus $160 for 2 extra loads and Economic recovery pay = $1810 per week PLUS Bonuses

Central Regional Shift

• $250 per shift plus $65 per load-
• Drivers are averaging 6 loads per week.
• They also receive an extra $15 per load for Economic Recovery Pay.  
• They also receive safety bonuses on top of this.  
• Home Saturday/Sunday every week

OJT

• 21 days out and 7 days home. No Slip seating.    
• Top starting pays in the North at $0.67.  
• Fully loaded truck with TV, Micro, Fridge, etc.
• Drivers living in MI, NH, ME, WI, MN, VT can also choose to run Shift Load pay
• OTR earning $250 per shift and $65 per load
• – 7 shifts and 7 loads nets them 
• $2310 per week – work 9 months per year with 3 months off and gross over $90K

Hiring Guidelines:

• 23 years old

• 14 months OTR in the past 3 years with 3 months in the past 7 months OR 6 months in the past 14 months 
• OTR is considered -Multiple Major cities driving, winter and night driving, logs required (tractor trailer)
• 4-month average employment in the past 2 years.  Employment has to be a 4-month average. Multiple or lengthy gaps will hurt his requirement.  
• No abandonment in past 12 months- no more than 1 in past 2 years
• All Criminal convictions are reviewed – this has always been our qualification
• We now require that a candidate not have a gap of 151 days or more in the past 15 months (previously was 18 months)
• No more than 1 parking lot accident in past 12 months and no more than 2 parking lot accidents in the past 18 months

Orientation Info:

• 2 Orientation is held every Monday at either Charlotte, NC, Manchester, PA, Columbus, OH,
• Can also be done remotely from driver’s home. Once complete will get them to the truck at one of our locations.
• Travel, Lodging, (private room) breakfast and lunch, Dinner on driver.
