Eddie Willrich is the founder of 10-4 Truck Recruiting. He believes that companies are forged by getting down in the trenches right with his staff. He not only runs the business, but recruits as well. With over 10 years of recruiting experience, Eddie uses his network of contacts to find the best jobs for drivers. Eddie owns two businesses and has a wife and 2 kids. This gives him the unique perspective to understand balance. Eddie's motto is to always work the driver, not the job.
Devan Willrich
Co-founder
Devan Willrich is the Co founder of 10-4 Truck Recruiting. She values only allowing things in your life that make you happy, make you better, or make you money. Preferably all three. Devan believes the greatest Life's blessing is the love of a family. This is the foundation in which she and Eddie have built their business. She has 3 years of experience as a business owner and 6 years of experience in professional/business development.
Kennedy Hawkins
Recruiting Specialist
Kennedy is the Recruiting Specialist for 10-4 Truck Recruiting. She brings to the table a passion for helping individuals in a holistic approach. Kennedy understands that the ingredients for a prosperous career is not only finding the perfect fit on paper, but also finding jobs that fit their entire lifestyle. With her 5 years as a life coach and her experience here as a recruiter she has found the mixture to help match jobs for anyone.
Patrcia Bables
Recruiting Specialist (Bi-lingual)
Patricia Bables was born and raised in the heart of Dallas, Texas. She is a huge fan of America's team, the Dallas Cowboys! She values the concept of working hard to achieve the dreams you want in life. She lives her life by the quote of the great Maya Angelou, "I've learned that people will forget what you said, people will forget what you did, but people will never forget how you made them feel." In her career she has thrived in many roles from Accounting, to Dispatcher, Export Specialist and now as a Recruiter. Her passion is to support people with the different transitions in their career so that they are successful.
